so I'm stuck on the Sarah Chen hack a target portion. i successfully hacked in but nothing happens after you click on all available icons. when i exit to the apartment room it won't let me sleep to the next day till i complete said mission but the mission won't complete am i missing something or could the game be glitching?

If you're stuck on hacking the department records: I found that if you have cheats on, you can go to "Teleport to a Passage", and type in "DeptRecords-Website". This should trigger the next part of the task, and you'll finally finish the task, and chapter 1
