In X-Change 3, you play the role of Takuya Aihara, the protagonist. You've had a fascinating life thus far, what with being transformed from a guy to a lady twice due to freak chemistry mishaps several years apart. You're entering your final year of college with your reliable girlfriend Asuka by your side, and you can't help but reflect on the hectic days of your youth.

Until that annoying Kouji, still, head over heels in love with your female character, sneaks off to Asami-senpai, has her concoct some of the sex-change potions, and convinces you to swallow them! This time, reverting to your male form will be more challenging than ever, but you must do so before your female body becomes permanent.

Asuka may be one of the most compassionate women, but she cannot commit to a female partner. Nearly everyone from the first two X-Change games returns as you begin another round of odd sexual encounters in your female form, including your twisted sister Natsumi, who loves to tease you, the ingenious Asami-senpai, the continuously experimental Chisato, and many others.
