Waste of time, game need better informations on how you can progress, and lot of useless inputs. If you mee up the first interactions with Hermione you're stuck in a loop. Also, this should be a sex game not a freaking 3h long quest to get her remove her robe, huge lack of content.
If you want to skip the grind and just access the sex content go into the 'Gryffindor Common Room', then click on the portrait of a blonde woman in the upper right side of the fireplace - this will ask you if you want to unlock everything and remove the grind.
In the command list tell Hermione to 'come with me'.
Then click on the 'H' in the upper right part of the screen near the hourglass.
Move to the 'Boys' Dormitory' - Hermione should follow you
Click Hermiones picture in the upper right of the screen to open her command list.
Select 'Favors', then select 'Give me Titjob!'
Go ahead and mess around with the commands in the upper right of screen - press the 'V' to hear talk to you, she will cycle several dialogue options depending on her interactive state...
