  You mean preview pics? You have to click, try long press, on objects or body part, drawing etc, 80% will go white & it will h/l the bit around, & possibly change the image to something else, so here's a couple: early on those black chalk boards (at one point), the present she gets, stocking... it will then tell you reward no x unlocked
