Description

In The Synthetic game, Aaron, a recent high school graduate enthralled by computer science, grapples with social interactions, exacerbated by the controlling demeanor of his "landlady," Ariana Caldwell. Ariana's domineering nature stems from past trauma, intensifying Aaron's introversion. To escape her influence, Aaron immerses himself in creating an artificial intelligence.

Meanwhile, Ariana leads a successful career as a realtor but harbors a vulnerability to alcohol. Under its influence, she transforms into an affectionate, playful, and romantic. However, this duality challenges Aaron, as he navigates between Ariana's strict facade and her tender, intoxicated persona. As Aaron's relationship with Ariana grows more complex, exacerbated by the unpredictable behavior of his AI creation, the intricacies of their dynamic deepen.

  It's not even close to the best, if you ask me. Poorly defined relationships, graphics are mediocre, and the storyline is weak. 3 stars at best.

Why do you (dev) insist on allowing the user to define name/relationship info, then ignore such input? Define relationship for Sarah (which is unclear at the beginning - neighbor - then when she shows up at the door she calls the MC "nephew"... SMDH, must just be an oversight in the text editing while looking for relationship script in search and replace with the desired user input string...
