Description

In The Last Year, you step into the role of a high school student who returns to a small, long-forgotten hometown. The city feels unfamiliar, its past blurred by time, with only your mother's words to guide you: you once lived here, and two childhood friends are still somewhere nearby. As your final year of school begins, you'll reconnect with old ties, uncover hidden truths buried in the town, and shape the path of your future. The choices you make will define how this last chapter of student life comes to an end.

there's potential here. but the mini games are obnoxious. sometimes it fails even when i'm doing everything right. and the grind for affection points is incredibly annoying. the dialogue and choices sometimes makes no sense at all. alot of trial and error because it's hard to know if you made the right choice. this could be a good game if alot of these things are cut out or atleast cut down alot.

There needs to be more hints on triggering character events. Some characters are fully maxed out, I've talked to them, done every possible interaction, and nothing happens. Whereas I've plowed Ryoko everywhere. Game is good though. Models are great, sex scenes work. The sleep sex mechanics were...interesting. 7.5/10
