The Goblin's Pet: Recollared - Ch4

saw questions about endings and decided to write them out a little
In the current version, found 7 endings: 5 bad, 2 relatively good.
(SPOILER ALERT!)
BAD
1) Broodmare - resist and try to escape at first, be punished, MC become a dependent breeder bitch.
2) Pet - don't try to escape at the beginning, give in to lust in the hut, a more conscious choice to MC become a dependent bitch (and MC have dreams where he turns into a green-skinned goblin slut).
3) Thrack-Sisters - (from here on, reach Chapter 4, modestly give in to lust in the chapters before, enter the city, take wife with you to the hut), give in to lust when choosing with a goblin, don't respond to the horse interest, and when confronted by the Kareth-Suul's tribe, don't become dependent on the chieftain (don't reach the battle with the chieftain, don't defeating his people, and have a hero level below 80, that is, be promiscuous beforehand, so that after sex with the chieftain, he doesn't want to deal with a lustful whore and gives the hero his warriors for sex). MC will return to the hut, and after a lot of sex with goblins - pregnant hero and his pregnant wife will go to the goblin festival, where they will become the main stars.
4) Horse-Bride - (same as 3), but have the horse's interest >= 6, become his mare (there's also some kind of check when the wife's love is 8, but still haven't been able to get it).
5) Chieftain's Priz - (same as 3), but upon reaching the tribe chief, give yourself to him, choose to travel with the tribe and be the chieftain's wife, bear him great children.
GOOD
6) What We Kept - (same as before), but try to give in to lust less. Once reach the tribe's arc, defeat everyone. Then have the opportunity to punish the goblin without being killed by the collar. Arriving at the hut, discover that the goblin is inseminating hero wife, so kill him. But this way, the MC won't be able to remove the collar, remaining a woman forever. Return to town, become a hero again, but now heroes live as Wife and Wifey. The hero wife is pregnant by the goblin and is carrying his child.
7) Uncollared - (same as 6), but instead of killing the goblin, give yourself to him, then use cunning and pact to fuck him to exhaustion (many sex checks). Eventually, the goblin is forced to remove the collar, MC turns back into a man and is given the choice to kill the goblin or let him escape, the heroes are free like husband and wife, and this is where the story ends.

Are there only 2 different outcomes currently on the game? have tried different choices and keeps having both bad endings

how do I get a good ending if they have a good end

When could we expect the next update? Just curious if we should keep checking or if itll be a while away

ts is not it yo, if ts was me i woulda just offed myself ngl, i let my wife off the goblin and died, thats the only ending i need

Hi! These are the fates I've managed to unlock trying different choices during the walkthrought: Uncollared, what we kept, pet, broodmare, thrack-sisters, horse bride, chieftain's prize. There are apparently still many fates to unlock. Has anyone managed to unlock different fates?
