Description

In The Fixer, assume the role of Samantha, a skilled problem solver known as a Fixer. Players must navigate Samantha's challenges, including investigating industrial sabotage, managing diplomacy between factions, and apprehending troublemakers to solve her employer’s problems. Amidst these tasks, Samantha must also juggle her everyday life responsibilities. The world is in crisis, grappling with disease, economic collapse, and governmental breakdown. With over half of the population perishing, people now endure profound hardship. The town of Blaston, the backdrop of our narrative, managed to endure slightly better than others amidst the turmoil. Therefore, Sam and her sister endeavor to journey there, hoping to find solace and refuge.

Samantha finds herself in Blaston, rescued by the city's central authority. In exchange for her salvation, she accepts a role as a "Fixer," tasked with resolving delicate issues employing tact, diplomacy, or even less honorable methods. Will she succeed in influencing the town and its influential figures for the better, or will she be pulled into the depths of depravity and despair like so many others in Blaston?

I have a question: I haven't played the game for a while and wanted to get back into it. It used to run without any issues, but since the new update, I keep running into a problem where the game crashes or freezes after a short time.
It can't be my PC, as I'm experiencing the exact same issue on three different computers. It’s not tied to a specific scene in the game either, since it happens regardless of where I am or what part of the story I'm in; the problem usually occurs between 5 and 10 minutes of playtime.
It’s a really great game, and it would be a shame if it became unplayable because of this.
Does anyone know what might be causing this?

well tbh this was one of the most fun and perfect games, with the last few (i think two) updates its just messed up, no scenes at all, kinda really really buggy, i mean i get it the experiemental part and that there will be bugs but 'bugging' out the main theme of the game is rough, there need to be a really urgent fix to this like honestly, no szenes at all?

It seems like in the current build of the game it's impossible to lose fights regardless of character stats or perks. Is this true, or is there a specific statline/perks that you will only lose fights with if you are below? Because it seems like, as is, some content is just full on not viewable at all because fights cannot be lost.

  Save yourself some time. Go into the cheats just for a moment and put danger days true ... danger limits false. ( i forget which one fixes this problem but thats you're game fix you are looking for) I'll let you figure out which one is which. Happy playing until it gets fixed

  Get Sammy to prostitute herself, not sure if you need to get the whore perk or streetwalker job.
  If you encounter Mira at the truck stop before her quest, and ask her to teach you about whoring this also unlocks the pink room.

  After you have been corrupted enough or raped enough depending on decisions you make will lead you to being able to get a pink room and earn tickets.

I can't say enough good things about this game. I hope this gets finished or gets a massive update quickly. I'm trying to find lines and ways that are good for me personally. And there's so many options depending on basically any decision, perk/malus and stat levels.

  Take a test two or three days after. The pregnancy doesn't show on the status bar automatically. Although the game does it in the background too and you'll show after a few days. That's my experience at least.

For all those who are wondering about the no sex scenes in it, go into the cheats just for a moment if you're not a cheat fan and turn off, Danger limit true.. to false. Save you a lot of frustrations and comments on here. Eventually the dev will probably fix it in due time as they been working on new things for the game
