how to open garage door? ive filled generator 4 times but don't know what to do with control panel

  once the generator is full and running, go to garage door panel and press in this sequenze:
  1) bottom right
  2) bottom right and bottom left
  3) bottom left and the up top.
  
  then she makes a comment about the panel and says that now its possible to open the door.
  pass the nmouse on the switch on the right ofcontrol panel and click it

When you get to the door when there is 3 dudes behind it, DO NOT KNOCK at all or anything. just use the key after finding the bullets by climbing up! and the password will be 1123
