The game files include a bunch of pictures with the MC taking a bath - anyone have any idea how to get those to happen in the game?

The game is broken.. If you get to much fear the game restarts 2x's, after that you will have to low of perversion, making it impossible to get enough perversion to get the next heart. So to fix this you must save before and after every heart and night. If you even get one fear event, you must load another save. Never save after a fear event... Ever!

  There are a few more things the dev. needs to fix, at the start of game in park, you can lock the screen is many different ways, just trying to beat it at max lvl!

Lesbian sex in any "specifically-a-non-homosexual" game works in the favor of the game developers. They give u least amount of genre specific scenes while filling the entire length of their game with non-intuitive lesbian sex, with a side note that says "catering to everyone" but really they are catering their own cunning interests. That way they dont have to progress the actual story too much in every update and can keep milking the patrons indefinitely.
