The Dark Side of the World [v Final]

Really disappointed with the story. Instead of trying to change the events in the past MC just leaves for the better version of her world. It feels like watching something relatively interesting to at the end be hit with the "It was all a dream" type of resolution. By the end there is practically zero connection between the initial timeline + its characters and MC at the end of the story, just sad campfire stories told to her new significant others. Feels like a better story would be having MC try to play out the events again, that time with huge hindsight (i.e. the assassination attempt knowledge) and the effort to be both less naive as at the very beginning and not as cruel as how MC ended up being. The magic and skills in the game's world seem to be made up for the sake of the story so there would be no issue of coming up with some justification for pseudo-time travel.
The first few scenes and interactions up to the assassination attempt on MC seem less like a build-up to what is to come and more like a separate plot that was a jumping point in the developer's mind for the after the assassination attempt story.
Also very weird choice to have Nixie as the supposed main romantic interest, only not to have any explicit scenes with her and to have the implied (off-screen) sharing of her with Ophelia and Skai (and potentially others, without MC present - moving the fantasy from harem to sharing or open-relationships) as well as talking about orgies and having Nixie flirt with Ophelia and plan on having "until morning" sex during the search for MC when she goes missing. Additionally not having Nixie shown with MC at the end in the new version of her world, with the implied futa on girl relationship between the other world Nixie and someone named Isobel ("Ahh! It's just magic! Just think! Isobel and Nixie don't do that!?").
Imo the story is weighted down by its incoherence and the lack of clear direction and type of narrative (i.e. a redemption one or a fall from grace one) as well as the Deas character being a supposed MC for the story to an extent and a more significant character than just an antagonist (which would work better). The example of how not thought through it all is could be the orgy with Nixie, which is talked about multiple times and set-up, only for the plot at the end admit it is not worth showing ("There was, and not just one, but you're bored, so that's it! Listen to the finale!") - regardless of the fact that it just seems so out of place to have the most tender feelings-heavy romantic interest turn into a reverse harem character with other romantic interests of MC. Plus Ophelia having sex individually with Castella and Nixie also breaks the harem impression and as she is more pushy than MC in initiating physical intimacy makes it feel like MC is getting sidelined to an extent.
Pointlessly long post about a porn game but I had had the urge to express my thoughts about it, the game seemed much better at its very early versions cause my imagination's product turned out to be much better than the factual final product.
