  This is literally the main focus of this game. You can stop it from happening by choosing all non-sharing choices and basically skipping the main game. Or just not playing it.

Hmm why does it feel like i heard a somewhat similar game like this before, oh wait its The Perfect Marriage
Both are from same genre aka netorare as well, most likely plots gonna be same as well, after marriage husband cant satisfy his wife so his wife starts looking for some burnt sausages elsewhere
It sometimes feels so hard to find a unique corruption and ntr themed games nowdays
Atleast i will give kudos to the dev for adding harem, playing for both sides i see, gotta respect the man

Also he made netorare, netorase and vanilla/harem separately through choices, from in game walkthrough you should be able to navigate fine through the game
Hoping he sticks to this vision and doesnt mix up stuffs later, never ends well for the crowd

Sidenote, game with eventually feature netorare alongside netorase as per the dev, might as well mention the tag here as well imo

Btw Netorare, netorase and swinging will prevail over harem
So if you are in for harem, you are gonna be disappointed mostly
