In Summer Like a Dream, Ryan is a game enthusiast who is perfectly content with losing himself in the digital world. But when his worried mother decides he needs a real-life reset, she sends him away for the summer to stay with his childhood friend, Lila. What starts as an unwanted interruption quickly becomes something more. Set during a warm and nostalgic summer break, Ryan finds himself reconnecting not only with Lila but also with her spirited younger sister, Lucy, and their gentle, welcoming mother, Hannah. As the days pass, friendships are rekindled, bonds deepen, and Ryan begins to rediscover a part of life he thought he'd left behind.
