Description

In Strings of Fate, you're not the typical hero in this tale, there's no princess to save or a magic sword at your disposal. After existing in a spiritual form for centuries, finally, you've gathered the strength to take on a physical form again. You descend upon a world unprepared for you. Reclaim what you lost, even though you're weaker. Your specialty is deception and cunning. Destroy kingdoms, burn everything, and dominate all life forms. Manipulate others to achieve your ambitions, and once they've served their purpose, decide whether to spare or eliminate them. Gather all the evil in the world, whether on the surface or in the deep darkness below. Some may resist, but you're there to show them who's in control. It's a choice between submission or facing your wrath.

This game would be perfect if it offered choices, it doesn't. You can pick responses but they all lead to the same place with maybe a single sentence change. Frankly because of this the game was boring at least to me. The concept was interesting at first, reminded me of the RPG Tyranny but after a while it felt like the dev ran out of ideas. He started using carbon copies of Soundtracks, Names, Attire, Locations, & Art styles from things like LOTR, Baldur's Gate, Elder Scrolls, Vikings, & Game of thrones from the ones I could hear/spot.
