Description

In Sort Of Justice, you play as a man drifting through life without any real goals or ambitions, with your only source of motivation being your close friendship with a co-worker. However, your world is turned upside down when she betrays you, framing you for a crime you didn’t commit.

After spending seven years in prison, you emerge with a burning desire for revenge. As you dive into a world of crime and violence, you encounter a variety of personalities allies, and enemies. As you pursue your vendetta, you realize that the truth is far more complicated than ever imagined.

Its pretty slow. And I, as most often, would like a chance to say No thank you to the guy offering Me a job. But then on the other hand, where is the game 😋

Chapter 1 almost put me to sleep tbh, doesn't help he's got girly eyes and half the women have a stronger jaw than he does (I'm starting to think that's the dev's type). Another pet peeve is that every action scene has a very obvious "the protagonists should die here" slide that then gets ignored for plot convenience. And for a bunch of criminals they all seem to be softies, which I can't help but feel kind of runs up against the whole revenge plot point they're trying to push here. Adding in absent player choice (like 'real' choice) and that most of these characters show very little depth, I don't see much point in continuing on. This'll probably be one star.

Remove "point and click" tag, there's no such thing in this visual novel (which is a good thing, I almost missed it because of that tag). Pretty nice visual novel so far, can't wait to see more.

Why does this MC keeps jumping in other people's fights all by himself? I should be the one deciding where he pokes his nose, when MC starts axcting on it's own, the story is already ser for u and you are only left making unimportant choices that have an absolutely zero effect on the way the story progresses. When dev makes allthe imp choices for you, the game is rigged and the make believe system of stupid unimportant choices makes you believe that it's all becz you went wrong somewhere with your choices, but the reality is that the game is rigged with a make believe system, and a player's choices are actually no choices at all.
