  tell the mom that she is the 1 that needs to apologize this will open her route in the 2nd encounter although it seems like you lose the 2nd encounter no matter what in reality if you do that then you win i think there is some slides missing cause it says that you have used her prior to your 3rd encounter but there was no encounter before that 1

  to get them all you have to save the game before you choose an play thought all 5 character endings and then go back to your saved game and 6 option will appear it'll be:(brainwash yourself to double down and go for them all) click that and enjoy
