      Well we know who the bottom of this relationship is... Or well... *Was*
      Maybe I shouldn't be playing these type of games at 3 in the morning, I got no business being hit in the feels like this ;-;

      Why did that hurt? Maybe because it saddens me to see someone not being able to give a proper farewell to someone they care for. We just never know when we'll possibly die. A sad truth of life 😥

        Like I have never been attached to a character this FAST. No, maybe... It felt too real:

        Estelle is isolated in quarantined. She wanted to spend time with the only person she cares about, but cannot, so she sends messages which is her only form of comfort. Which btw there's a good chance she knew she was going to die before Day 5 even arrived. As she said, is it wrong to appear strong?

        Which it hurts more because the last entry log she made might have purposefully been typed about her feet. She literally sent that to lighten the mood at which Estelle didn't make it after that Log

        Maybe I'm overanalyzing this, but this joint HURT.

          The premise is interesting, but that's about it. The writing is very amateur, the entire "game" feels like you're reading text messages of 14 year olds. There are no images, entire game is just reading text (no choices either). It's about 20min of progressively worse and worse writing, that is completely immersion breaking since these are considered to be "scientists" writing these messages. I would not bother spending any time on this game

            I'd consider the writing pretty fine actually. I feel as if you looking at it in a serious tone, so I would like to shed a light.

            The 2 characters are Estelle and Abbi. They both work for this company. However, it's clear that Estelle doesn't exactly like her job nor does she has a positive look at her job either, considering her job as sacrificing sheep to the slaughter for the greater god. Abbi likes her job, but she understands that Estelle isn't here for a serious talk

            The 2 are speaking as more than acquaintances, more than friends in fact. This is a casual talk
            To top it all off, Estelle is writing most of the logs (Which she isn't a fan of writing them in the first place)

            So yes, they're scientist, but they aren't speaking formally.
            Which is a bit saddening, because it's like watching someone you care about just slowly fade away until they died. If this was something formal, this wouldn't be so heartbreaking for Abbi. They truly KNEW eachother far deeper than that

              While yes, the immersion does die out. It actually builds character to how each character acts. The 2 are spending their last days with each other.

              Though that's kinda it. While I do give this game praise, it's nothing groundbreaking. In fact, it's average at best. An Average story executed well

              And I give the creator some props, it's been a while since I felt bad for a character
