  I would 100% recommend you play "My new girlfriend", it is the absolute best Visual Novel ever. A small list of games related to the once you requested- My new girlfriend(best), Ntr bunnies, Blurring the walls, cuckoo mask and shadows of ambition(2nd best). Beware, "My new Girlfriend" and "Shadows of Ambition" are still underdevelopment with not a lot to offer but they are still better than the rest. It's as good as animation gets without actually trying to make it look realistic. A quick tip while playing "Ntr bunnies"- It is a RPG which requires you to grind a lot, so, after interacting with a couple people to get the base of the game, go in the main village and go to the left right on entry. 2nd or 3rd house there right before the farm place is the cheats room. (Do this if you are there only for the sex)

The three routes are pretty solid and have distinct content to each. I found myself enjoying the Netori and Netorase ones.

I ain't gonna lie, I had to google this one. I know what Netori and Netorare is but I've never heard of Netorase...
(One google search later)
