Secrets in Focus is a visual novel where sharp humor, slow-burn romance, and an unsettling mystery intertwine into a single cinematic experience. You share your home with Ember - playful, warm, and far more wounded than she lets on. After a short break, you return to the city and start a new job as a systems engineer at a model agency, where IT jargon clashes daily and hilariously with the unpredictability of photo-shoot life.
Your coworkers include Blair, the sharp-tongued team lead who values backbone over charm; Anaru, a psychology student who can paint a person better than she can decipher one; Hana, the calm, quietly perceptive junior stylist; Indica, a grounded free spirit who teaches both yoga and perspective; Vanessa, a former model turned enigmatic agency owner; and Nigel, the ever-optimistic manager who believes "synergy" is more than a word - it's a calling.
What starts as workplace snark and late-night teasing at home slowly twists into something darker. Mara, a model connected to the agency, has vanished, and the trail leads uncomfortably close to Ember's family. Every choice you make, whether you dig for answers, safeguard the people you care about, or flirt with danger, reshapes not only your relationships but the person you become.

JoeUh, the update isn't letting us load saved games? Did something change - because I love the storyline here.
Bohemian HoboWell ...its way better now a animation here and there starting to look like proper work alright nicely done so far looking forward for the next updates ohh and if it's not to much to ask can you implement a options for hairy/armpit or bald cuz not everyone likes balds if you get my point. - StudioBMKHi all, developer of the game here again. I just released a new update (Day 7 part 2). For those complaining there are no animations and not enough sex scenes, this update will cure all of that :-) This update revolves around lots and lots of sex :-) I've finally gotten the hang of animations, so there are 50 animations in total, all during the 4 separate sex scenes with Ember, Blair, Lea and Anaru. Including some anal! The blue balling is officially over! But that doesn't mean the story doesn't progress. I'm really happy with the character development of the 4 LI's. Every character opens up about their life and their very relatable problems. And each character shows their preference in bed, I've tried hard here as well to provide different paths so there's something for everyone. I hope you enjoy playing it! No clue how to update the game or the visuals here, you can find it on my Patreon or on f95zone as well for free.
- nicei understand why people were complaining, honestly its a porn game its supposed to have nudity sex and foreplay and before this update there was barely any and if your gonna make a porn game there the key points. i do understand since your solo working on this game and it honestly takes awhile to do everything,i have helped with the making of life in santa county only the models and dialogue nothing else and i know the owner of the game very well. your doing a good job keep it up and may i suggest doing big updates every few months like yh one big update every lets say 2 to 3 months that'll give you time to actually brainstorm, animate, render and every else. over all your doing good man just keep adding more sex and and you'll be good.

This includes quite some animations, but I've also rewritten Day 1 to Day 6 to reduce the amount of sarcasm and quips in the dialogue, which was the main negative feedback I've received. Some other grievances were also fixed retro-actively with this update. No clue how to update the game or the visuals here, you can find it on my Patreon or on f95zone as well for free.
- AlexI am playing now for the first time (new to this version) and have only just started Day 4, but I find your writing to be exceptional. If that reflects improvements you have made since the previous version, congratulations. If your re-writes were in respect of a prior version even 50% as good as this, you were already writing writing at a level well above your peers. This is a very promising game! Your rendering is also exceptional! I will save further commentary for after I complete this release.along at least one pathway. Thank you for your imagination and your efforts!!
