  At the start of a day talk to Elaine, tell her to follow you, press screen with 2 fingers if you're on mobile to get a menu, click on controller, select option to speak with follower, pick option to feed her aphrodisiacs, repeat this process 2 more times then speak to her at night.

  Btw for some reason you have to hold to be able to move. Double tap for your menu if on mobile
