They should've balanced the Netorare and Netorase tones a bit better. They went full throttle Netorase too quickly and now the game's boring. I would've liked for Mio to legitimately cheat first before the MC became a willing cuck. I also don't like how a lot of the cheating scenes are imaginary.

Honestly wish this was on a different platform style (specifically Renpy). The constant clicking is annoying, having to click the choices when we only have 1, and the lack of exporting are big downsides. Also, while it has a gallery, it doesn't really have a replay section which is unfortunate. I'd like to play this again to see what happens when you choose other options (for the few choices within the game), but my fingers need to take a break.
