Description

Medical Special Care - The story follows a family of doctors as they embark on a new career chapter at a different hospital. The family consists of a psychiatrist father, a general practitioner mother, and their daughter, a nurse. This transition presents a crucial opportunity for each to pursue their professional and personal aspirations. However, you will be the one making key decisions on how they navigate various situations. In addition to their professional lives, the narrative also delves into the evolving sexual dynamics of the main characters. You will primarily take on the father's role, but you will also have partial control over the actions of Eva and Karin.

I don't know how difficult it would be, but it would be great if a chapter selection could be added. I don't typically save game progress when playing online, and it would be nice to get to new/favorite content without playing the whole game through again. Please keep doing what you're doing; this is one of my absolute favorite games and I always look forward to updates.

The artwork is really good. Glad the oversize tits and arse are pretty much confined to Eva and her sister. Karin's form is perfect. Although it's really good, much better than I thought it would be from the first release, it still falls into the lazy BBC stereotype. The English translation is a bit all over the place, and how many names does Dr Kiten have...? Needs to tighten up a bit there, but overall, pretty good.
