  Increase the shame bar by doing lvl 2 massages while she's awake, wake her up by spamming the towel button while she's asleep, there are no downsides for doing so, and do lvl 1 massages (while awake) to reduce anger and suspicion from lvl 2 massages, that's it.

  On day one you have to just do a "good" massage. That should unlock the woman's profile at the bottom left, where the player's PC is. From there if you click on the word "Dominance", it will tell you what you need to do to increase your dominance level.
  
  Starting from the second day onwards, you have to make sure your dominance level increases by listening to what the game gives as a hint when you click on the "Dominance" text in her profile. As a tip, don't worry about the "Suspicion level" too much. I haven't tested what happens when its full red at lower than 7 dominance, but you can skirt along the line to make her embarrassed. Same goes for anger, though I wouldn't advise going past the initial "Rage level".

    Update: Don't let the rage meter fill up all the way. So long as you are consistently raising your Dominance level every week, you should keep the body count to "1".
