The infected abomination is impossible. Even with high stats, it does far too much damage and I can't keep up with the healing because of it. There has to be a tactic I may be missing.

Is there a guide on what to do? I know that I can look into the log book but somehow when I talk to the characters they only have standard lines.. I cant do anything to proceed in any questline

  To make her trust you and let her into her hideout give her fish, she'll appreciate it, if you're already past that, get caught by the don and go to Cassidy's hideout, talk with Cassidy, sleep, Cassidy will be gone from the hideout, then go back to the don and do that quest line.
