In Juicy Futa, you play Eliot, who is a horny Futa time traveler who finds himself lost on a unique island. You're stuck in the past, and you need to find a way to get back to your own present. You must immerse yourself with the islanders and do your very best to get to know them. Returning to your time will be determined by your ability to gain the trust of the islanders and by earning their friendship.

  This is a year ago, but I can answer the Eliot part:
  
  The name "Eliot" is a name originating from Hebrew which means "The Lord is my God". It's derived from the name Elijah. The name Eliot can be a First or a Last Name given how you wanna go with it
  
  Eliot also can be spelled: Elliotte, Elliott, and Eliott
  
  Some example of people with Eliot in their name is:
  - Eliot Ness
  - George Eliot
  - Eliot Spitzer
  - Abby Elliott
  - Bill Elliott
  
  To name a few
  So, the name isn't really strange
