X to look at item wheel, c to change costumes, and Z/space for sword wings. You can effectively skip most enemies by just running past them via point/click. Toilets/pills/items/costumes are a bit useless since you just lose energy when you get the scene, and you can have 40 encounters (idk what happens when energy hit 0 since I only had 10). Story/plot is pretty mediocre, just run around to see scenes with the 7-8 enemy types, no bosses or anything game just ends at the end. Total game time is maybe 20min max.

not bad tbh.....seen a lot worse than this (story wise and also graphically and they still expect us to play their sht), this however was better than them (not by much granted but better)....
You're not constantly being railroaded into content you don't want by auto attacking enemies, you can opt out by just avoiding the enemies and see the scenes you want and miss the ones you don't. Also the Piss fetish stuff IS OPTIONAL as you can just miss them altogether.

Now what is needed is more dungeons, more enemies and more critters
Dogs
Snakes
Horses/centaurs
Any critter that would make a good F'able enemy really....

What you have here is a really good start and as I said, I HAVE SEEN WORSE

This is just bad
Gameplay-wise it is just 'get to the goal' with basically optional h scenes that are still mid anyways
There are no stakes, the scenes are just weird, and they have a piss fetish

  You're 100% right, this utterly fails as a game. No stakes, mediocre level design and the ability to get softlocked in some areas.
  As a glorified gallery viewer? It STILL fails because if there's a specific scene that you wanna view (goblins and orcs or whtv don't interest me, for example) then you still have to play through those dumbass levels and since you get nothing on the porn side it just becomes a shitty game
