I'm a sucker for futa/trans/intersex stuff already, but this? *Insert Pacha meme* The comedy aspect mixed with the porn gives the game a truly original feel. Even with AI, it feels like a passion project. It's the first porn game to have a real impact on me. Kudos to the dev!
