Ingredients
• 2 cups plain flour (00 flour is best, but normal flour works)
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
• Pinch of salt

Method
1. Make the dough
• Tip flour onto a bench and make a well in the middle.
• Crack eggs into the well, add salt and olive oil.
• Use a fork to slowly mix eggs, pulling flour in from the sides.
2. Knead
• When it forms a dough, knead with your hands for 8–10 minutes.
• Dough should be smooth and springy (not sticky).
• If sticky → add a tiny bit of flour
If dry → wet your hands slightly
3. Rest
• Wrap dough in cling wrap or cover with a bowl.
• Rest 30 minutes at room temp (this is important).
4. Roll it out
• Cut dough into 4 pieces.
• Roll each piece with a rolling pin until very thin (almost see-through).
• Dust with flour so it doesn’t stick.
5. Cut
• Fold sheet loosely and cut into:
• Thin strips → fettuccine
• Thicker → tagliatelle
• Squares → lasagne
6. Cook
• Boil in heavily salted water.
• Fresh pasta cooks fast: 2–3 minutes.
• Drain and toss straight into sauce.

True I dont know why the creators of AtLA made the characters so fine...
