I have another comment on this game just talking about how to switch it to english, this comment will be about the gameplay. It's not bad, typical RPG Maker game. It's definitely NTR but so far seems avoidable if you're not into that. My biggest complaint is HP management. Hunger and Sanity aren't that bad, but there are very rarely HP items, and resting at night only regens 10 HP. Your wife also does not regen health from resting, so she requires what few HP items you get.

The third option is setting, go in and you may select the language and change it to English :)

english is available, once u finish start scene (pick any options), press esc, fourth button, then go down to fourth option, click twice.

  When the game first opens, it appears that you have three options. click on the third (bottom one) this then opens the 'options' menu. You'll then see the language tab. click on it twice for english version

    No you can't. You can only change the dialogue to English. All the items and most character names are still in the original language.
