In Heart Problems, you control a character named Iker. Iker lives with his uncle and his wife, and their two daughters. Iker's mom left him to live with his aunt and uncle when he was 12 years old. Iker hasn't heard from his mother since, and now he is left wondering why she left him here. A boy turns into a man not knowing his mother, and soon he's going to discover something as shocking as it is terrifying.
