Chris1st, is Yvonne (The town mayor even in the game and 2nd, is it possible to not have a relationship with Cat (The cousin)? When you start chapter 2 and create a save (answer a ton of questions based on what you chose in chapter 1) it puts you on Kat's path and you can't change that.
Nicki think the mayor shows up in one of the later parts for definite im just not sure which one and i dont know if you can opt out if cat's relationship but i think all of them are optional if im not mistaken
