Trixie Goodwin is an NYC nurse who learns she has superpowers. She finds herself fighting against a supervillain named The Giggler. It sounds crazy, but this nurse needs to keep it together because this is no laughing matter. New York City needs her, and the fate of everyone there lies in her ability to fight the supervillain and try to regain order. It's a tall task, but if anyone could do it, a nurse certainly could.
