To thrive, you'll need to battle your way through their territories and clear out their dungeons or capture them and put their skills to work in expanding your settlement. Although they may start out reluctant, carefully crafted equipment and proper training can transform them into reliable workers or formidable fighters, ideally suited to supporting your growing colony.
