I really don't like the whole modern/medieval theme they have going, modern earth fine but then the other world is this weird mix of fantasy/modern, like if you have magic and healing potions why the hospital and medical equipment? Also why the swords if you have access to earth/modern tech? Game needs some world building, shit feels all over the place.

  Also there are almost no choices in the game, forced first Love interest, half the time shit doesn't make sense. Like when you get teleported, are you in a castle or city, 0 world building or backstory, & how the elf woman got captured in said city/castle, is the entire the elf population 1 castle & 10 people?

The dialogue is 100% ai. It's so unnatural that it becomes hard to read. The models and renders are great though, the developer should focus on rewriting what's currently in game (and do it themselves), cause the game has potential. Also, that guy does not have progeria, and a 2 second google search will reveal it

I think this was a good try for what seems to be someone's first attempt at a VN, if I am trying to be fair and objective. The graphics look good, and you do a decent job in my opinion of having some story interest because of this new world and how it works, plus this mysterious guy who has shown up in the normal world and how things ended this update. However, for constructive criticism, you need to proofread. Not sure if English is your first language or not, but either way, someone who knows how needs to do it.
The progeria diagnosis in the beginning should be scrapped and replaced with an unknown diagnosis since you need the fast aging ideology for your mana concept to work as mentioned later, which is fine, but there is no point in naming a disease that the character clearly doesn't have when a doctor wouldn't do that. Just because the guy shows one symptom.

  There is zero reason why the aunt is treating him like a child and cock blocking him after his date. This isn't the 1950s or whatever, and she wouldn't be sitting there waiting to interrupt them and make them go to separate bedrooms, you missed an opportunity and disappointed players who were looking for a sex scene.

Progeria is a serious disease that causes serious physical disabilities, an elderly appearance, and an average life expectancy of 15 years. So the MC who has a normal height and a bodybuilder in his thirties cannot in any way be affected by this disease. Very bad point for this game.
