1) The character designs are on the chubby side. For me, it's whatever, but it's worth noting.
2) It's hard to tell the progression. For example, there's a scene earlier where you can ask chichi for a boobjob and she says no. But, if you play with her boobs enough, she allows you. But there's no indication that doing this is leading to a positive result.
3) This game is HEAVY in the feet stuff. And not just "Hey, you got sexy feet, rub them on my dick" but "hey, you look like you've been walking through the dump without shoes, let me lick the dirt off". Legit, every foot you see is dirty and Goten is hellbent on licking them. This wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't mandatory for progression (I think some characters were blocked off because I chose "can I give you a massage" instead of "can I lick your dirty smelly feet".
