Interactive Events seem broken. It tells you click the little white circle and drag towards the arrow but nothing happens at all. After repeating it 6 times I walked away from the game.

  I figured it out, You have to click and hold on to it once with your mouse, than use your right arrow key on the keyboard to pull the shirt up.
