This...Is not a game. Which is not to say that's bad! It's just not a game. And what I mean is, there are no choices. I don't mean that figuratively; there are no options, choices or mechanics in this "Game". You can put it on skip until the game ends!
So why do I say that's not bad? Well..because if you play the "Game" it's pretty good. The arts great, the story's...a story, the humor (when it's there!) is decent, it's full packed, as in, if you play reading everything on screen, and you never skip, it's like 1-3 hours. All in all, it's not a good game, because it just isn't a game. But, it is a really good "Game" so..to save your wrist, go into RenPy's settings and turn the auto speed up. Start the game, and now put it on on auto. And you've done it; sit back, relax and enjoy the show!
