In the Cross Realms fantasy harem game, you and a group of friends are unexpectedly pulled into a swirling vortex on your first day of college. When you regain consciousness, it becomes clear you're in an unfamiliar place that is not Earth. For the civil greeting it is left hand over right for men and right hand over left for women. Doing it backwards is only used to mourn dead people and is equivalent to saying, "You are a dead person." Bad omen, maybe considered a threat or a curse under certain circumstances.
I suppose most people don't care about other people's (or even their own) cultures anyways, so whatever is depicted in the game is passable. Especially since seriously talking about or respecting people's culture, tradition, and etiquette seems to be considered taboo in most parts of the world. You can never know... the cultural revolution was only 50 years ago, and now their reach is global, should they wish to repeat that.

The issue I have is the lack/little of sound effects in the fight scenes (it feels weird to not have explosions, etc.). Also many scenes could have had music, there is a lot of them without it at all.
I also don't like the fact that there's "Later...", then some dialogue (about 50 words) and then "Later..." again (jumping from scene to scene).
On top of that, there is unnecessary exposition during fight scenes, as a random character explains what the other one is doing.
Plus a few oddities, like MC having a sword that weighs several/many tons (which almost no one in the world can lift), he fainted after the fight, was taken to safety, but somehow the next day he had the sword with him... Who picked up that sword if there are so few people in the world who can do it.

They are not on Earth, and there are plenty of scenes of people throwing mountains and tearing open the sky into the void. Plus the sword got lost when it was sent flying, pretty sure that requires more strength than lifting it. Just because someone can take the sword, doesn't mean they prefer it especially if the sword itself doesn't really matter in their combat.
Besides, once the battle ended they could have just teleported everything anyways.
