  Just play, make saves often.. maybe make a diary to make changes in another playthrough?? Most Dev's don't add or have a walkthrough, your on your own man.. Sometimes you can do shift + o to cheat somewhat.. It's almost always.. money = 99999999, corruption = 99, you have to fish for what works, Other times you might can read comments.

  I figured it out. First, you have to gather at least 200 money, and then go talk to Barney (i did this at night tho), i lent him 200 coin loan, and when i gone back to him later, he gave me a book.
