Description

In Butthole Tattoo Artist Simulator, Leo Pujols comes to the small town of Las Nalgas to open a tattoo studio that specializes in butt tattoos. Many people in town dislike his idea. Some think he is changing their peaceful community for the worse. Your choices decide what happens to Leo and the town.

You spend your days talking with locals, watching the news, and using the HumBull dating app to meet different characters. You also create and draw tattoos for customers. Leo faces opposition from a local group called Collective S.H.A.R.T. At the same time, the town is preparing for a council election and an Arts & Culture Festival. A mystery also needs solving: a recent attack. Your decisions shape Leo's story and Las Nalgas' future.
