In Bitchy Boss Bimbofication, the Japanese-voiced visual novel for our protagonist, dealing with the daily grind is bad enough - but having a rude, demanding boss makes it unbearable. That is until he stumbles upon a suspicious hypnosis app and decides to try it on none other than his attractive but insufferable boss.

Just a regular office worker, he's doing his best to push through his dull job despite Erika, his boss, seeming to make every day more painful with constant criticism. After another scolding about his "poor performance," he finally tries out his latest app purchase, the hypnosis app - and to his shock, it actually works.

Curious, he asks Erika why she's so hard on him, and she bluntly reveals she finds him a hopeless loser and an eyesore. Now, armed with a working hypnosis app, he's ready to change the dynamic, using the app to erase her critical streak and bring some long-overdue satisfaction into his life.

I get and like the revenge plot, I think the MC may have gotten more out of allowing her to keep all her memories once he had his fun and tell her how worthless she made him feel, those moments of remorse for what he was about to do, and how if she didn't treat him like trash he'd be attracted to her and respect her more. I really like the choice options even if it seems small to the overall plot, the only confusing points were the part where the company was started by Erica's friend (was that another company or the current one the MC works for?) and how has Erica not gotten pregnant after all this time? I enjoyed the novel, and look forward to the endings! 🤰👰
