Im looking for a game, at beginning a guy & not sure if its his step-sister or what, but they sneak out of house too go to a friends party (birthday, i think), only 2 couples i believe, later, have too sneak back in but i think they get caught. Later into game he gets chucked out by the father & has too live in some suburban area in a one bed flat, eventually hes allowed back into the other home where eventually he starts too get more connected to the milf/mother & over hears of the father/husband of the milf having an affair, milf/mother also hears this too i believe.   You could be referring to Heart Problems I think not sure the developers name but sounds pretty similar to how the game starts off. Hope this helps.
