Description

In 2040, the world lies in ruins, consumed by climate devastation and unending wars. What remains of humanity is called the barren wasteland, the "Old World", a place no longer fit for life. Survival has moved to the oceans, where towering floating cities, known as Arcologies, serve as isolated refuges. These colossal, self-sustaining structures developed distinct ways of life, reflecting the harsh adaptability required in this fractured era. Humanity's existence now hinges on creativity, resilience, and the ability to navigate the ruthless realities of this "New World".

Escape from the Old World was a gamble few won. Those who reached the Arcologies entered a new kind of inequality. The rich secured comfort by purchasing their place, while the poor, desperate for safety, often fell into exploitation, their fates sealed in servitude. You, a wise and infamous criminal shaped by the brutal Old World, used every resource, every cunning maneuver, and every ounce of stolen opportunity to claw your way to power. Now, you rule one of these cities, the leader in a society built on ambition and cruelty. The question is: how will you wield your authority?

Why was this game abandoned? Good screenshots and tags like this game would be very kinky and hot. In reality you(MC) as an mighty cruel criminal superpowerful Governor should be rich as Fuck from all the taxes (or protection money, tarifs, trade fees, Custom fees, drug trafficing etc.) but instead of hot trainer sex scenes you have to grind for money like a normal weak simpy office worker to make the game more grindy and unrealistic. Ideocracy is real, intelligence is shrinking especially for sandbox game developer!
